Mrs. Sheetal Sanjeev Mali
Mrs. Sheetal Sanjeev Mali is a young, talented and experienced personality who is passionate about teaching. She has completed her B. A. B. Ed. from University of Pune. Her teaching carrier started from a training course from Mahila Vyavasay Prashikshan Abhiyan and she has worked as a teacher in Aranyeshwar English Medium School after completing it. She has 10 years of experience as a teacher. She has handled all the classes from pre primary till secondary level very confidently. She enjoys teaching from the bottom of her heart. Mrs. Mali has deep understanding of teaching concepts & child psychology. She is the dearest tutor because of her creative lesson planning and classroom management. All the students who has completed the course under her guidance had a very deep gratitude towards her and feels completely satisfied and under her guidance. Thus she is doing a noble work of creating well trained & confident educators for the next generation. Providing employment to the aspiring ladies to stand confidently and independently is yet another goal of her institute Sharda Shikshan Sanstha. I joined my teacher training course in June 2018.As I am taking tuition classes it wasn't possible for me to attend TTC classes Sheetal Mali ma'am asked me about classes timings and she managed to take home tuition of mine..she is utmost motivating person I ever met.At the same she is loving and caring too. I have completed Pre primary teacher training course. My mentor was Sheetal Mali Madam. She is experience, soft spoken, supportive, creative, enthusiastic and most important she is very co-operative. The qualities required for the Teacher are Passion for the teaching, lots of energy, teamwork and not but the least hard work. Sheetal Mali Madam possess all these qualities. The duration of my course was 6 months. Even after taking over the trainer responsibility mid way through the course Sheetal Mali madam had completed the course very well. I joined teacher training class because it was my passion and most importantly it was my father's dream that's why i joined it.
